Join us on a spirit driven adventure into self whilst mindfully traveling through 3 incredible locations in the tropical backdrop of Guatemala. Through nurturing yoga, meditation and Mayan mysticism this 9 day journey will allow a fresh perspective to travel. Commencing in the magical ancient and romantic city of Antigua, Guatemala. This UNESCO Spanish settled colonial town with cobble stone streets, volcano views and lush surrounds invoke a space to realign, setting the fundamentals for this unique explorative journey into self as well as outward awareness, through the guidance of ancient and modern wisdom.
The seemingly enchanted Lake Atitlan and then lastly the black volcanic sand beaches of El Paredon on the Pacific coast will be our two other points of exploration. The mindful travel through these vastly different locations, is not only to immerse in new cultural experiences but also expanding our consciousness by blending yoga, meditation, Kundalini, breath, conscious movement and Mayan purification rituals, this will be a time of observance and self care, cultivating new foundations for deep inner transformation. We will address all aspects of mind, physical body and soul whilst anchoring your experience to renewal through practice, nourishing food, diverse accommodations and union ship through open-hearted group connection and loving facilitators.

|Day 1:||Welcome to the land of eternal spring. You will arrive into the romantic and UNESCO protected Spanish Colonial capital of Antigua Guatemala. We will all meet in our luxury private restored colonial residence, your home and sanctuary for the next few days. Wander through Antigua’s historical cobblestones, admire the volcanic backdrops, and architecture. Breeze into the evening where we will come together for a traditional Mayan Fire ceremony with a local shaman to set out intentions for the time ahead and feel the power of our Mayan ancestry come alive. Enjoy and relax in the evening hours with dinner and personal activities on site.||Antigua|
|Day 2:||Begin the day with morning meditation and movement followed by a mindful, healthy, and nutritious breakfast. Explore the history of Antigua Guatemala with your private guide on a walking tour. Learn about her politics, restoration efforts and stories of centuries past. We will join for lunch at a local organic farm and market seeing another side to the ruins of Antigua. In the afternoon, we have free time to wander and shop, or relax poolside back at the house. An evening of more intentional practices, yoga and a nourishing dinner await.||Antigua|
|Day 3:||Wake to a morning of further meditation, movement and yoga followed by a shared nutritious breakfast. Today you have an opportunity to enjoy the morning as you like: free time to explore or perhaps participate in a local cooking class, traditional Indigo textile class or a tooled bag making class. We will meet for lunch at one of the local revered restaurants, with an afternoon to yourself, for self practice, pool relaxation or more Antigua exploration. We will continue with a mindful activity in the evening before dinner time.||Antigua|
|Day 4:||Begin the day with morning meditation, movement followed by a mindful, healthy, and nutritious breakfast. Private transport will deliver us safely to National Geographic’s most beautiful lake in the world, Lake Atitlán. We will take a scenic boat ride to the tucked away spiritual town of San Marcos La Laguna, our home for the next few evenings. We will have time for lunch, exploration, or optional kayaking and swimming, or local SPA treatments, before our evening mindful practices and dinner to fill the last hours of the day.||Lake Atitlan|
|Day 5:||Awaken with our morning mindful practices, yoga and movement, once again then sharing a nutritious breakfast together on site. We will join together for a lakeside hike between San Marcos and the painted town of Santa Cruz, passing the leafy town of Tzununá en route. We will have lunch and take another boat back to San Marcos for our afternoon Mayan Temazcal (sauna) cleansing ritual with a local shaman. Our evening practices and dinner will follow.||Lake Atitlan|
|Day 6:||Begin the day with an early morning sunrise hike to Indians Nose - watching the light fill up with magical views of Lake Atitlan. After we’ll continue with our morning meditation and movement followed by breakfast. After, we will then gather our things and take a boat to the largest town at the lake, Panajachel with market and exploration time. After Lunch, we will be ready for our transfer to Guatemala’s volcanic black sand beach. We head to the surfer village of El Paredón on the Pacific Coast. Ocean therapy, evening practice, swims, dinner and colorful sunsets await over these tropical views.||El Paredon|
|Day 7:||Wake up early to watch the sun rising over the Pacific waves. We begin with our morning ritual of meditation and movement followed by a mindful, healthy and nutritious breakfast. A stand up paddle board tour will show you around the lush Mangroves leaving plenty of time for a leisurely swim, sun worshipping, beach exploration, local NGO visit, pool time or a surf (lesson optional). We will continue with a mindful activity in the very late afternoon. We bid the day farewell, under the starry Pacific night sky with a group dinner.||El Paredon|
|Day 8:||We rise to another glorious day - our final morning practice together harnessing natures elements followed by a much deserved mindful and healthy breakfast. Sunkissed, relaxed and recharged, we will transfer back into Antigua to the plush renovated 15th century mansion, Palacio Dona Leonor. Our afternoon is to our leisure followed by our closing practice together. We will join in the evening for a farewell dinner at a one of Antiguas many wonderful restaurants.||Antigua|
